doctors and apples
today i learnt frm my dermatologist that fruit juices are useless.. And ebil. What you’re drinking.. Is sugar.. And water… And the colouring of the fruit.
So what he does is he blends a whole apple… And in the most unjoking face, tells me that he adds chilli just the way he likes it. His self fulfilling face after which makes for a good chuckle throughout the day.
