So my lovely neighbour (who owns the MOST gorj husky) took this after my morning swim, we trashed laps together at the break of dawn.
The night turned out really harsh, mind was all ov the place @ mma. Considering how much I love monday workouts, that was a booboo. But yea, my bruhs & girlies at the gym always have a way to make me feel better. C came up to me, and said, you know how you’re so worried about your excessive training downsizing your chest right. uhuh, it’s gonna happen…..

because you don’t do your chest flys after your chest presses. you contract your muscles, make them smaller. so obviously it’s gonna get smaller, altho they’d be much stronger, they’d be.. SMALLEER. hahahhaa. fuck. yeah, but i’m really happy with the progress i’m making. (i really stopped caring about the scales) i feel so strong doing push ups and nonsense beside the boys (yea, when i boast about doing 5 on shoulders. my shoulders are my weakest btw. i get slammed by the boys who do 100kg shoulder presses………). But yea, there’s no end to progress. Everyday, we get stronger. I just wanna be lean and mean for hawai’i. Been working on balance (squats on the bosu and all that nonsense) and agility for surf training.
But yea, scales are dropping tho. Not that fast, cause I’m piling on muscle mass. <3 Needa up my focus during my workouts, and improve on my isolation skills. And be more disciplined with the cardio. used to do cardio excessively when i started working out, but i kinda stop when i got hooked to mma + lifting + plyometric workouts. so yes, body’s screaming for lower-impact cardio.
